Senior Nutrition—All Season Café

If you are 60 years or older, you’re eligible to join us for a nutritious lunch at the All Season Café. Seniors can arrive as early as 11am to socialize and have a cup of coffee.  Lunch is served at 11:45am. You must call 988-4373 to make a reservation for lunch. Reservations must be made by Monday, a week in advance of when you’d like to attend lunch.

 

DAY/TIME:  Tu, Wed, Thur

LOCATION:  Orangevale Community Center

DONATION:  $2 suggested donation.

The District is seeking input from agencies, organizations and individuals with disabilities to help the District enhance accessibility to its, facilities, programs, services, and events.

Notice of Intention to Amend the District's Conflict of Interest Code.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ORANGEVALE RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT intends to amend a conflict of interest code pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974.  Pursuant to Government Code Section 87302, the code will designate employees who must disclose certain investments, income, interests in real property and business positions and who must disqualify themselves from the making or participating in the making of governmental decisions affecting those interests. Any interested person may present written comments concerning the proposed code no later than October 27, 2014 to ORANGEVALE RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, 6826 Hazel Avenue, Orangevale, California 95662.

Join your Orangevale family to celebrate the beginning of the joyous holiday season! Bring a canned food item to donate to the Orangevale Food Bank. Bring your camera for that special Santa photo.

FREE ADMISSION with Free Door Prize Drawings Every Half Hour! Handmade crafts, unique gifts, holiday crafts and decorations, and jewelry from over 35 artisans will be on display for your shopping pleasure.

Come in your pajamas, bring a blanket to sit on and have your Polar Tickets include the largest hot chocolate bar you’ve ever seen, popcorn, a visit to the North Pole Mail Room  to write Santa a letter, and the viewing of the movie “The Polar Express”. Participants will receive a handwritten letter from Santa! $2 per person, kids under 2 are free!
